Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of your shipping date. We will credit your original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact. We do not accept returns of bathroom equipment or used merchandise for hygenic reasons nor can we credit shipping and handling charges. In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item.

You will be issued a return authorization number. Please write the the return authorization number on the return form and include it with the merchandise.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned for money, but may be exchanged for different items.
